📋 Description

Elicit, analyze, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems
Design logic for accounting processes - GL, postings, fees, products
Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and fix them
Prepare technical specs and task definitions for development teams
Work with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to align solutions
Own tasks through to production release

🎯 Requirements

2–3+ years as a business or system analyst
Experience with financial systems or financial processes
Understanding of accounting principles; GL experience a plus
Strong system analysis and decomposition skills
Reverse engineering skills
Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
English B2; you'll work with international stakeholders
