Our efforts to streamline the car buying experience are supported by a strong passion to empower people with the knowledge and experience they need for everything automotive, a dedication to equity, inclusion, and belonging, and world-class benefits. **The Position:** We are looking for **two front-end developers** to join our core development team working on implementing React for two very critical components of our platform, our Search Results Page (SRP) and our Vehicle Details Page (VDP). You’ll collaborate with other engineers, project managers, product managers, and designers to execute on this strategic project. **What you’ll do:** - Architect and build the front-end for our infinite scroll, one tab contact, feedback landing page, and other lighter weight greenfield / new feature projects. - Apply and promote clean architecture and good software engineering practices - Use Agile methodology - Work with a team split between CA and TX - **Potential opportunity to extend into 2021 if good mutual fit** **Technical Requirements:** - 5+ years experience with React - 5+ years experience with Redux and Next.js - 3+ years experience with Typescript - Fluent in and passionate about JavaScript - Comfort with containerization (i.e. Docker), integrations with AWS **Who you are:** - Growth mindset and enjoys learning - Not attached to your ideas, but focused on team success - A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams - Strong English and ability to work autonomously - Enjoy working in a casual environment and appreciate a good joke - Bonus points if you have a deep love for good coffee Notes:
