Job Overview: 

Star Atlas is looking for a DAC Relations Manager to join a growing Revenue Operations team.

Being a Decentralized Autonomous Corporations (DAC) Relations Manager in RevOps means that you will immerse yourself in the world of Guilds and Companies who are ready to join the Web3.0 experience and be their voice and guide through the Metaverse. You will be working with the DACs to understand their experience, their needs and vision for the future, so we can forge the best possible Gaming and Metaverse experiences for them.



  • Be the primary point of contact for DACs for customer experience and build long-lasting relationships to better understand their needs
  • Understand the business model of DACs and suggest improvements for them and our Product teams to ensure DACs can gain more and more value from our experiences
  • Investigate, track and solve customer problems and handle customer complaints
  • Provide guidance and advice to DACs on how to gain more value from our experiences
  • Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to develop strategies for growth by improving the customer experience through our DAC products
  • Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Create and present reports on customer satisfaction and potential growth opportunities
  • Work with the Acquisition and Retention team to provide insights about customer experience and assist in developing strategies to improve acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a working process to track and understand customer experience as well as provide input to relevant internal teams to drive improvements.



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English
  • 4+ years’ experience in a B2B Customer Relationship Management role within the gaming / entertainment industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective and professional communicator with great interpersonal ability and high emotional intelligence 
  • Able to influence and motivate stakeholders and skilled in conflict resolution.
  • Nurturing great, long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound negotiation skills at senior management level
  • Willingness to travel occasionally


Nice to have:

  • Passion for gaming 
  • Experience in the video game and/or blockchain industry as Customer Relationship Manager
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
  • Experience working with geographically remote teams
