About the team you’ll join:

You’ll join Xero’s Customer Engagement and Product Marketing team, contributing to global campaigns so that users stay up to date with product changes. You’ll be part of a team of marketing automation experts, responsible for supporting product lifecycle communications to key audiences.

What you'll do:

Using our world-class tech stack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and in-product communication platforms; you’ll build, execute and report on critical communications to our key audiences.

You will be a key connection point; collaborating with relevant product marketing and customer stakeholders, building strong relationships, and working closely to align on customer communications.

You’ll develop customer engagement communications via email, in-product, build journeys, and create audiences to meet communication requirements.

What you'll bring:

The ability to balance multiple projects and campaigns; you’ll have a keen eye for detail and adept stakeholder management skills.

You’ll be data-savvy and have commercially sound knowledge; ideally with some understanding of audience data, data management and development audience segmentation.

You’ll have prior experience with using email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus).

Skilled in email development, utilising tools such as HTML, CSS and AMPscript.
