Are you a driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Ads Operations Manager to join our SEA team,

specializing in Microsoft advertising. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing and data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Develop benchmarks for determining campaign and Ad product success

Set up, monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance

Audit existing or new Ad accounts to identify opportunities

Regular calls/meetings with existing or potential clients

Conduct research, attend regular Microsoft trainings.

Keep CRM system updated

Determine new effective ways of delivering results that boost sales and deeper engagement as well as customer retention

Core Functional Skills and Knowledge

Minimum one year of experience, deep understanding of SEA, performance marketing and data-driven solutions

Solid analytical skills and tools technical expertise (Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Ads, Google).

Ability to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships with clients and Ad partners.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft products desired.

Fluency in both German and English is required
