About Belltower Fund Group:

Belltower was formed in 2019 as AngelList’s native fund administrator and completed its journey to become an independent company at the end of 2023. Belltower provides fund administration services to the venture space. Our coverage ranges from syndicates to venture funds to first-of-their-kind rolling funds. Our full-service fund management offering abstracts away the complexity of running a fund by integrating the financial reporting, tax, compliance, portfolio management, and other services that managers typically have to cobble together from multiple vendors. Our services, combined with Angellist’s software, enable us to efficiently launch and scale a fund, allowing fund managers to focus on what they do best: investing.

Since 2019, Belltower has supported 20k+ funds representing over $16B in assets under administration, leveraging AngelList’s fund admin software to power the service layer for funds launched on the AngelList platform.

About the Role:

Belltower is growing, and so is our Recruiting team! We are seeking a full-time, Senior Recruiter who shares our philosophy that finding high-quality talent requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods. This role will focus on finding world-class accounting and operations talent. As the first impression of Belltower, you'll need to be able to relay a compelling picture of our company, vision, culture and responsibilities to potential candidates, and be fearless in pursuing great candidates.

You will:

Team up with hiring teams to build effective strategies to source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates across business functions at Belltower Funds.

Demonstrate a high level of success through partnering well with hiring managers, building a solid pipeline, and attaining appropriate interview-to-offer ratio

Meet regularly with hiring managers to fine-tune the search and hone strategies

Update progress of pipeline in ATS (we use Lever)

Partner with recruiting team to implement creative sourcing and recruiting methods within the company

You have:

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a majority of the experience recruiting accounting talent.

Ability to thrive in a quickly growing small company

Enthusiastic individual, driven by results

Proven track record of success and history of solid relationships in the industry

Excellent at driving the process and keeping it moving forward despite any obstacles

Exceptional work ethic, does whatever it takes to get the job done

A fun and collaborative teammate who pitches in wherever necessary
