Responsibilities

Creating innovative and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app content.

Understanding of content writing for various ad channels, such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.

Working with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to create effective copywriting solutions.

Conducting research and conceptualizing ideas to develop engaging messages for the target audience.

Creating personalized, segmented messaging for different customer groups, highlighting the significance of targeting specific customer segments and lifecycle stages with relevant content to boost engagement and conversions.

Writing content in various formats, including push notifications, pop-up messages, emails, and other essential CRM channels.

Adapting and refining existing content for different purposes.

Setting the tone and driving creativity, ensuring excellence in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.

Staying up-to-date with trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.

Gathering input and validating content with internal teams.

Ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials.

Utilizing AI tools to develop compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

At least 3 years of fin-tech / blockchain content writing experience.

Exceptional ability to through impactful writing.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.

Crypto Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the crypto landscape, including knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and the target audience's interests and preferences.
