Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

Install and configure new equipment.

Maintain the company's IT infrastructure.

Onboarding and offboarding new employees.

Document technical problems and solutions.

Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Logging and management of tickets and assets.

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

A degree in IT is preferable or 3+ years of experience in IT support.

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with security (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
