The Senior Financial Analyst will join a small, high impact team reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, and will be responsible for supporting the building, maintenance and review of financial models and analyses that drive strategic decision making across the Everly Health organization.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the Supply Chain and Lab Operations Teams to maintain and enhance the company’s COGS models, driving to Gross Margin efficiencies
Deliver accurate and timely SKU and Lab Demand Forecasts to the Supply Chain and Lab Operations Teams
Provide monthly review and feedback on preliminary month-end accounting results, ensuring the accuracy of reported financials, with a heavy emphasis on COGS and GM variance drivers
Monitor key performance indicators to analyze and account for unexpected model and budget variances to continuously update forecasting and planning models
Develop and operationalize KPI reporting based on leading/lagging indicators
Support the CFO and EVP of Finance in the creation of Board of Directors materials, investor communications and the due diligence and execution of strategic opportunities
Create ad hoc models, analyses and business cases to evaluate new business opportunities, Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics related discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of overall experience within corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital
Expert proficiency in financial modeling and use of data visualization tools (SQL a plus)
Experience extracting insights from data and presenting it to an audience
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively to executives and collaborate with cross-functional business teams
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work under low guidance and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
