The Role:

We’re looking for talented and ambitious Contract Analyst to join our Belfast team. As a member of our team, you’ll be working on legal / regulatoryprojects for large Global clients, within Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring and Commercial Mandates. We offer a breadth of exposure to various contract types from complex financial services documents to high value commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Your role will involve high-volume contract review, data extraction and analysis as well as some drafting, negotiation and counter party out reach. We will provide training to include negotiation, client management, contract drafting, data extraction and client reporting. All with the support and guidance of legal experts, project managers and team leaders.

  • In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

  • LLB Degree
  • Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
  • Professional acumen and an understanding of client expectations
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to handle competing prioritiesin a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills in particular outlook, excel and word
  • Desirable Criteria

  • Exposure to a commercial Legal environment or other Professional Services organisations
  • 3 months experience in a similar role working with financial or commercial contracts

    As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
