Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple.

We're looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our talented team of five product managers in pioneering The Homebuilding Cloud — the only connected platform that helps homebuilders transform how they design, sell, and build new homes and communities. We have a tight knit connection between Product and Engineering teams, and this role will be critical to maintaining that dynamic as we grow.

In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the cofounder and Head of Product, working closely to strategize, develop, and execute our product roadmap. If you're an operational leader passionate about driving product innovation for homes and design we'd love to meet you.

About the Job

  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of five product managers, fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the cofounder and Head of Product to define the strategic direction for our product lines, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.
  • Product Roadmap: Oversee the development and execution of the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Market & User Research: Lead your team in conducting thorough market and user research to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product management team, ensuring that product initiatives drive business objectives.

About You

  • You're an experienced product management leader with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are second nature to you.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • A user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

This role is not just about managing a team; it's about leading with vision, passion, and a deep commitment to product excellence. If you're ready to take on this challenge and help shape the future of our products, we'd love to hear from you.

Higharc has been remote-first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so that you do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity in a fast-growing, well-funded company. Personal healthiness is an important value for us - we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits like short and long-term disability plans and a 401k. Haven't worked remotely before?
