Now we seek a visionary Senior Creative Graphic Designer to translate our clients’ needs into advertising assets with high visual impact and take ownership to shape the visual aspects of commercial communication, like graphics for YouTube ads, static banners, illustrations, booths for events, and outdoor billboards, and find new ways of innovating within the brand book. What You Will Do:
Work inside a creative team - in-house creative agency, filled with great minds in the fields of design, copy, and videography.
Develop creative visual text and imagery for advertising assets (banners, graphics to direct video production).
Conceptualize visuals based on brand image and creative direction requirements.
Test and discover creative decisions across various media.
Take ownership of the workflow and creative projects from concept to completion, communicating with all involved in-house teams to keep projects on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.
Closely collaborate with a Creative Director and contribute to ideation and creative processes.
Keep abreast of current design and cultural trends.
Mentor and provide feedback for your peers and support colleagues in different teams with graphic design knowledge. What We Expect:
Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, proficiency in Figma.
Experience with AI Tools, such as MidJourney, ChatGPT.
Knowledge of motion graphics principles and how to design graphics for animations. Experience in After Effects would be extra amazing.
A keen eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfectness.
Exceptional artistic ability to create designs that will catch a viewer's attention and appeal to different customer needs.
A general understanding of advertising formats and performance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, executing creative content for online campaigns, websites, videos, and outdoor.
Candidates must submit a portfolio (real design cases, thoughts behind the ideas and solutions, process, etc.) to be considered.
