Nolte is looking for a full-stack engineer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize marketing tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to create and implement effective inbound marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving brand awareness within the startup community.
  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries. Utilize various channels including social media, networking events, and industry associations to generate leads and initiate contact.
  • Evaluate leads to determine their fit with our services and solutions. Develop personalized strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and building rapport to facilitate the conversion process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our capabilities. Effectively negotiate terms and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and client services to align business development efforts with company objectives. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
