Value Consultant, you will belong to a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. Your duties and responsibilities will span technology design, stakeholder management, pricing strategy, delivery quality, process reengineering, and ad hoc analytics. You will build your own and the team’s technical and business acumen while driving substantial financial benefits to our clients’ bottom line.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Measure Value

  • Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Vendavo recommendations.
  • Measure and track the realization of customer outcomes across business initiatives and communicate the results to C-level stakeholders.
  • Realize Value

  • Identify profit and margin opportunities for customers. Provide recommendations to capture value. Track the results and outcomes.
  • Facilitate business value workshops and leverage Vendavo for process enhancement.
  • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executive.
  • Scale Value

  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Vendavo as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Vendavo platform based on new use cases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    THE SKILL SET

  • Bachelors + 6 years of relevant experience.
  • A robust analytical skill set, with an exceptional eye for accuracy.
  • Prior experience as a B2B pricing practitioner or consultant highly preferred.
  • Industry experience with commercial systems (ERP, CRM, CLM, CPQ, etc).
  • Confident self-starter comfortable driving results in the presence of ambiguity.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time to meet project deliverables.
  • Background in statistics and data analysis is a plus.
  • Proficiency in any/all of the following would be a plus: R or Python.
  • Ability to travel on average 20% annually.
  • Product Expertise: You are an expert in guiding the customer’s teams throughout their commercial excellence journey.
  • Value Realization: You have advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value with Vendavo.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Domain Expertise: Leverage your advanced business domain expertise, such as in Pricing or Sales as well as strategic transformation initiatives and build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
  • Industry Expertise: You have advanced industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Vendavo.
