At Agiloft, we are driven to build products that deliver maximum value and return on investment to our customers. Our customers leverage AI to speed up the process of importing legacy contract data into their Agiloft instance, ease the pain of third-party paper negotiations, and flag departures from their organization’s accepted contractual language.
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts to lead the training of AI engines to extract and analyze contractual information. This would involve managing the AI annotation process from end-to-end, including gaining a deep understanding of our customers’ AI use cases, sourcing training documents, supervising the production of new AI model while building and managing a team of knowledge experts.

Required Qualifications
The US base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $174,000 (excluding bonus, equity, and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
