  • “Villacrity”: See a problem, solve a problem; Approach challenges with grit, optimism, and a controlled sense of urgency.
  • Measure Twice, Cut Once: Commitment to excellence - we hold ourselves to a high standard; Do what you say you’re going to do.
  • Mountain Goat Mentality: Undaunted, hardy, and scrappy; Ready to scale any challenge.
  • Golden Rule Reigns Supreme: Respect and honesty in every interaction; With customers, too (sometimes that means we have to tell them no).
  • What You Have:

  • Lead by example as to how to best represent the company’s and clients’ interests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Passion for building relationships by interacting with people via phone, email, and social media to articulate ideas and gain their trust.
  • A track record of personal accountability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism. You’ve demonstrated resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
