The Role:

We are seeking a developer with expertise in Striim and similar ETL/ELT tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data extraction, loading, and transformation. As a Striim Developer, you will play a key role in building robust and scalable data integration solutions to support various business needs within our operations.

Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and implement ELT data pipelines using Striim or similar tools to extract data from multiple sources, load it into target systems, and transform it for analysis and reporting.

-Configure and manage real-time data ingestion from sources such as databases, streaming platforms, and cloud storage services.

-Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to define data integration requirements and design appropriate solutions.

-Develop and maintain connections to extract data from source systems

-Optimize ELT processes for performance, scalability, and reliability, considering factors such as data volume, frequency, and complexity.

-Implement data quality checks and error handling mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the loaded data.

-Utilize Striim's features for data enrichment, aggregation, and real-time processing to meet business needs.

-Monitor data integration jobs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems.

-Document data pipeline configurations, transformations, and dependencies for knowledge sharing and future reference.

-Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ELT/ETL development, and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

-Proven experience in ELT/ETL development

-Proven experience and expertise using Striim

-Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying, with experience in complex transformations and optimizations.

-Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

-Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
