Your roleas a Resourcing Coordinator

You’ll be a part of our amazing Resourcing Team that manages the assigning and utilization of the consultants in our firm to their client projects. You will also work with firm leaders to keep consultant assignment data updated daily in our systems, using attention to detail and accuracy. You will be a part of a team that works directly with stakeholders to strategize around challenges and help implement changes.

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii. However, many key responsibilities, as well as occasional team mixers and other fun and informative virtual events, will be based on Pacific time (PST) willingness and capability to work in this time zone is required.

How you'll contribute as a Resourcing Coordinator

Assist with matching availability of consultants to upcoming projects

Attend weekly Project Resourcing meetings

Manage data entry into Salesforce and PSA (Professional Services Automation) as well as other internal systems

Partner with the Resourcing Team to lead projects and initiatives

Other Resourcing activities as needed

Your skills and approach as a Resourcing Coordinator

2+ years relevant business, sales, or operational support experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to self-check output for errors prior to distribution

Intermediate to advanced O365 skills including Excel and PowerPoint; fast learner for other systems/tools

Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing and conflicting priorities, schedules, and business needs

Salesforce experience a plus

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $45,000-$55,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
