- Support recruiters and hiring managers in kick-off calls to properly launch an effective candidate search and ensure we're providing a 5-star candidate experience every step of the way.
- Act as the subject matter expert on the interview process for the requisitions you support.
- Field urgent requests and questions from candidates and potential applicants in a timely manner.
- Responsible for coordination of interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers, ensuring the correct prep and information is being relayed to candidates.
- Managing notifications to efficiently streamline the interview process, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
- Assist your recruiters with talent projects to optimize the hiring manager and applicant experience.
- At least 1 year working as a recruiting coordinator or administrative assistant is required
- Strong calendar management skills and a high attention to detail is a must
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- A sense of ownership in the work you do, high level of curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Remotely based in the Philippines
- Experience working at a US-based tech company
- Previous experience with Greenhouse, Goodtime, ClickUp, or any ATS and project management platforms is a bonus!
