Responsibilities & Skills

  • Assist in the project management of websites being developed for APAC clients '
  • High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, set short-term priorities and make good decisions
  • Ability to follow procedures and policies
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties with a high degree of accuracy .
  • Ability to speak, read and write Japanese language at a business level, as you will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders in Japan Head Office and handle business documents in their native language.
  • Manage relationships, requests, and ensure quality delivery for our customers:
  • Assist clients in supporting them to understand how to navigate and use the hotel website.
  • Assist clients answering to their requests and autonomously solving basic tasks or more sophisticated tasks with support of developers. -
  • Provide on-call support / customer service to APAC customers for website related matters or concerns.
  • Ensure project team, including management as appropriate, is continually updated, including successes, issues, concerns and feedback
  • Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team through the website deployment; good to have if got prior experience doing QA/QC (Quality Control) on websites.
  • Skills and Experience
  • Work Experience o Minimum experience in the hospitality industry (3-5 years)
  • Familiarity on digital and marketing topics
  • Willing to learn on using a Website Content Management System like WordPress CMS
  • Languages: Good communication skills in both English and Japanese language proficiency is a must to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and project stakeholders. o For the Japanese language proficiency, at least a JLPT N1 or native level as you will be required to communicate frequently with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
