Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate is a network engineer who can own and assist the IT team or a lead IT engineer who has a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are confident in owning IT at Fulfil
  • Exceptional organization
  • Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals. Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and executing IT projects with a focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and innovation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of physical networking solutions including routing LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls, wireless, and VPN.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and operations comply with security standards that we are committed to achieve

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with some systems and networking knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of core network protocols: TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, LLDP, VLANs
  • Lead the IT team to solve all IT and IT-adjacent problems

  • Manage reduction of technical debt within current platforms

  • Experience with asset management systems
  • Someone willing to learn what needs to be learned to solve problems posed to them. We don’t expect you to know everything, but you will need to be flexible and willing to learn quickly to be successful.
  • Mentor team to design solutions leveraging industry best practices and enforce quality of solutions from the design stage
  • Oversee all aspects of IT, user onboarding/off-boarding, and internal technical support
  • You are comfortable managing a small IT team
  • Able to travel periodically to remote sites
  • Someone to be in the office most days of the week helping us solve hard problems

What we’d love to see

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 8 years or more experience in IT or similar technology field.
  • Extensive experience and proven track supporting multi-site organizations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven.
  • Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to act as a trusted advisor with the most senior levels in an organization with the ability to represent the organization
  • Highly positive and collaborative individual who excels at developing partnerships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels of the organization
  • Guide team on complex projects and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization with a business context
  • Not afraid of robots

  • The salary range for this position is $120,000- $180,000 plus stock and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location.
