Our Mission & Vision
To date, Grover has circulated over 1.2 million devices, employs over 400 people, and stands as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe. We hit Unicorn status in 2022, and are scaling internationally!
We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste.
To continue this incredible adventure, we are looking for a Collections Specialist - German speaking, full-time to join our talented team remotely from Portugal.
🎯 What you will contribute:

Contact customers in our German and Austrian markets via phone and email to inform them of overdue payments

Advise customers on their various payment plan options and negotiate the most suitable payment plan

Respond to customer queries

Escalate complex cases

Be the liaison between the business, customers, and external agencies

Interact with other departments to find the best solutions
🤝 What you bring:
- Ideally a first experience in Debt Collection
- Fluent in German and good English skills

Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Ability to multitask and work with targets and tight deadlines

Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus
