Key Responsibilities

Take Ownership of Quality—Quality is a collective responsibility, but you, as a Quality Engineer, are pivotal in identifying issues and leading their resolution. Beyond testing and validating, you lead by example, educating engineers on best practices and maintaining the highest quality standards. Qualifications

At Karbon we use Cypress for our e2e automation framework. Seeking candidates that have experience with Cypress or other test automation frameworks such as TestCafe, Playwright, webdriver.io or similar.
Any candidates with experience in C#, Typescript or any other object oriented programming languages is considered a plus.
We are seeking a problem solver who is passionate about testing; someone capable of analyzing complex user requirements and attention to detail at spotting bugs during exploratory testing to ensure a great user experience for our customers.
The ability to create test strategy, test plan and detailed test cases. Enabling the team and coordinating testing activities such as mob testing, testing parties.
Strong communication skills are essential for our international, multi-locational team dynamics.
Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and quality engineering best practices is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is needed.
