YOUR MISSION AS WEB PROJECT MANAGER:

Your mission: Elevate Kolsquare's website to be the #1 in Influencer Marketing by supercharging our organic traffic through strategic optimizations, and deploying the latest SEO techniques.

YOUR SCOPE AS WEB PROJECT MANAGER:

Reporting to the SEO and Content Manager, you will be a key player in Kolsquare's SEO strategy.

As Web Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and coordinate with copywriters to execute content updates and effective website optimizations in order to increase organic traffic and website performance.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- Web Content Management: upload and manage content in different languages using Webflow, covering blog articles, case studies, and landing pages.

- Netlinking: ensure both internal and external links for maximum SEO impact.

- Technical SEO Maintenance: regularly monitor and optimize technical SEO parameters, including site speed, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals.

- Website Performance Monitoring: lead efforts to continually optimize SEO KPIs for enhanced website performance, ergonomics, and UX.

- Strategy: contribute to the overall SEO strategy.

- Market Analysis: stay updated on the latest developments in SEO and search engine trends to inform strategic decisions.

This job is tailored for you if:

- You have a Bachelor's degree or 2nd-year level (Bac +2/Bac +3) and 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role with a track record of success in technical SEO optimization

- You are familiar with CMS platforms (Webflow is a +)

- You are able to manage web projects, set goals, and track progress for overseeing web initiatives

- You have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to make minor code-level SEO adjustments and troubleshoot technical issues

- You are very organized, proactive, and have a synthetic mind

- You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions

- You are a team player

- You love digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing

- You are fluent in English (compulsory)
