Key Responsibilities:
Produce engaging and informative written content including articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the content.
Work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to understand content needs and align messaging with company objectives.
Demonstrate flexibility in writing style and tone to match the preferences of various target audiences and platforms.
Incorporate best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to our online platforms.
Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to company guidelines.
Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in recruitment practices to generate timely and relevant content. Requirements
Proven experience as a Ghostwriter, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry.
Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.
Proficiency in SEO techniques and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
