Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging and informative written content including articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the content.
  • Work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to understand content needs and align messaging with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in writing style and tone to match the preferences of various target audiences and platforms.
  • Incorporate best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to our online platforms.
  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in recruitment practices to generate timely and relevant content.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Ghostwriter, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
