We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as a Sourcing Specialist. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales and collaborate closely to achieve the company’s hiring goals. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in developing passive candidate pipelines for open positions
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards and social media
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Conduct introductory phone screens and engagement calls with passive candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates when applicable
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to contribute to recruitment process improvements and implement best practices
  • Assist in various recruitment projects to support the company's growth initiatives
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven hands on experience in recruitment preferably in Automotive Finance, Sales or FinTech
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
