to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Visual Designer, you'll work on new exciting projects with full autonomy. We're looking for a candidate who should have a strong design process knowledge and is passionate about building new designs and creative ideas from the ground up, to be joining a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high quality services to their patients.

As a Visual Designer, you will:

Propose innovative, creative visual design elements that elevate the Medsien brand; contributing to the branding guidelines and ensuring all visual assets are consistent, compelling, and reflect the creative direction of the brand,
Prepare the designs for the logos, corporate identity, brochures, catalogues, posters, campaign visuals, promotional materials, banners,
Meticulously archiving all related designs and documents,
Develop and create new ideas/concepts for digital assets based on brand, product, and other big announcements,
Create impactful designs, delivering consistent and reliable quality assets for various channels to include social media, PR, internal presentations and outbound communication,
Prepare all promotional work, reports and digital media designs etc. in line with marketing strategies defined by our brand, corporate identity and values, within specified theme,
Review and iterate on current designs,
Create and editing engaging graphics, animations, videos, etc. for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand representation.
Design and modify landing pages as requested, maintaining a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing online presence,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the operations team, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that designs meet the needs of both users and the business,
Work on medium to large projects,
Participate in all design processes from development to production,
Continuously monitor and improve the design of our products, web page, all other tools based on user feedback and usage data,
Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends and technologies, acquiring new skills when necessary,
Communicate effectively, and being readily available for any design-related discussions, collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative design ideas,
Be able to work independently and able to solve problems with minimal oversight,
Participate in building Scrum processes and agile culture within the company.

Please apply if you have:

4+ years of Visual Designer experience,
Having worked in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision,
Experience with Figma, Webflow, Wireframing, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video creating programs and other design softwares and techniques,
A creative and driven mindset with experience navigating through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment,
An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively,
An ability to adapt to intense work tempo and meticulously follow detailed works,
A keen eye for aesthetics and details,
A High sense of responsibility, proneness to teamwork,
A desire to learn and try new approaches / ideas and stretch boundaries,
A willingness to stay abreast of technological developments,
Superb communication skills,
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related field of study,
Demonstrable illustrations or other graphics with a strong portfolio attached to the CV,
Perfect English skills; both written and oral,
