Provider Growth Associate

While many roles may function from anywhere in the world—see individual job listing for more—team members who live outside the Pacific time zone must be comfortable working early in the morning or late at night; all full-time employees must work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific time each workday.

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team as a Provider Growth Associate. In this role, you'll dive into the heart of recruiting, helping us find the right provider talent to fuel our company's growth. This position offers the opportunity to flex into recruiting while collaborating closely with our marketing associate on the Provider Growth team.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

• Utilize various traditional sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates for our open provider positions
• Scrutinize LinkedIn profiles of potential candidates, extract pertinent information, and update our candidate database accordingly
• Conduct comprehensive research to find contact details of potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline
• Enter candidate information meticulously into Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate closely with the Provider Network Coverage team to accurately grasp candidate requirements and preferences
• Support the recruitment team by crafting outreach messages to attract candidates
• Uphold data integrity and consistency within our databases through regular audits and proactive updates
• Work with the marketing associate on the growth team, aligning talent acquisition efforts with overarching growth strategies

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, whether in-house or within a staffing agency
• Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing tools effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Previous exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with team members and candidates alike
