Role Overview:

We are searching for a Recruitment Intern, a role that offers an opportunity to develop skills in candidate sourcing and screening. Your mission? Collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive market
  • Being in the know of news in the tech start-up space and cryptocurrency space
  • Build and maintain relationships with employer partners to understand their hiring needs and timelines
  • Work closely with university career centers to identify and attract top talent
  • Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Present top candidates to employer partners and provide ongoing updates on recruitment progress
  • Assist with the coordination of career fairs, on-campus events, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Utilize HR software to track candidate and employer partner information and recruitment metrics
  • Search and contact potential candidates via online social networking such as LinkedIn
  • Who you are:

  • Previous HR or recruitment experience is not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Google Suite Microsoft Office etc.
  • Attention to detail
  • See challenges as opportunities to learn and problem solve
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruiting is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
