What will you do:
Position Summary:
- The CRO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the efficiency across the Rumble platform, including Video, Cloud and Ads. By leveraging data, the latest in CRO techniques, and a deep understanding of our users, the CRO Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and maximizing conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prioritize, and implement CRO strategies to improve overall website performance and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing digital properties to identify areas for optimization.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to drive improvements in conversion rates across key user paths.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and development, to ensure optimization strategies align with company goals and user experience standards.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with CRO tools, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, digital marketing, or similar role with a proven track record of improving website conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and web analytics tools.
- Proficient in A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design basics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner.

Remote: Eastern Time Zone only, also willing and able to travel 10-25% of the time (mostly domestic)
