Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager we are looking for a Content Marketing Associate.

Location: Remote! We are based in Atlanta, GA but you may also work remotely across the US.

The Content Marketing Associate will develop a strong understanding of SingleOps prospects, products, and differentiators, and use that knowledge to create content for use in a variety of marketing activities. This is a writing-heavy role, but the ideal candidate will also understand best practices for using content in marketing programs and SEO. This role will work closely with marketing team members and outside contractors to develop a vision and strategy for video and podcast content.  

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

  • Writing thought leadership content (i.e. blog posts, guides, case studies) and working with marketing colleagues to publish and promote it
  • Working with marketing colleagues to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Writing email copy and subject lines for newsletters, events, nurture campaigns, and product releases
  • Utilizing keyword research and SEO to attract a wider audience from organic search
  • Develop and publish content with cross-functional team members through additional mediums (i.e. video and podcasts) 
  • Driving and measuring results from content production and promotion

Who we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • The ability to develop a growth mindset and test/measure new ideas and tactics for content creation
  • A foundational understanding of the role of content in helping grow KPIs such as website traffic, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). 
  • The ability to operationalize a strategy and vision for holistic marketing programs for all forms of content 
  • Prior experience in B2B technology/software is highly desirable.

Based on this experience, we expect the ideal candidate to be:

  • An excellent writer who is capable of clear, concise, persuasive communication
  • A thoughtful editor who can improve a written piece’s grammar and structure to increase clarity and impact
  • A determined project manager who can work independently and creatively to drive complex content projects through fast turnarounds and review checkpoints 
  • An excellent communicator who can work with customers to capture testimonials and write case studies 

​​The salary for this role is up to $80,000 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. For all other locations, the salary range may vary by geographic market and will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications. SingleOps complies with applicable law regarding pay transparency.
