What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our global Business Systems team. This role will collaborate closely with our GTM Applications team while optimizing the current Salesforce platform and developing new experiences (combination of business process and technical execution). As a solution architect, you will be responsible for the scalability, development, and integration of our Salesforce instance. What you’ll be working on

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Operations leaders and your scrum team to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements & solutions
  • Solve moderate to high complexity business and technical problems by analyzing and evaluating current business processes and recommending a technical solution & plan 
  • Constantly evaluate data flows, day-to-day experiences, data security / privacy, and add-on packages to drive impact (measured in effectiveness of processes, acceleration of sales & scalability of operations along with security of our data)
  • Drive introduction of new solutions - both in building or optimizing internal process, or in implementing new third-party tools into our technology ecosystem
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem architecture, flows, and optimal configurations 
  • Mentor Salesforce Administrators on SFDC best practices for architecting efficient solutions

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Computer Science or related experience
  • 2+ years of working with a 1000+ seat Salesforce instance coupled with strong understanding of standard business processes (Marketing, Sales, Sales Quoting, Customer Adoption, etc.)
  • 4+ years working with Salesforce flows, process builder migration, sharing settings and other advanced administration techniques 
  • Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Advanced Administration & CPQ Specialist Certifications
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically & drive new ideas and change
  • Experience with Sales Productivity Tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Gong, Chilipiper, etc.) & integrating with Marketing Technologies preferred

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $100,895 / year - $136,505 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
