What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist, who will report to the senior director of Brand Strategy. We’re looking for a person to help us create winning experiences for our iconic SurveyMonkey brand and work closely to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and creatives of multiple disciplines.  This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and is perfect for a person who can dive deep into the important details while still keeping an eye on the long-term goals.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our business goals
  • Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, both online and offline
  • Ensure consistent and impactful communication of our brand narrative
  • Turn data insights into actionable next steps for creatives—plus monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5/+ years working closely with a brand and/or creative team
  • Demonstrated ability to connect dots between business partners and creative outputs
  • Understanding of best practices for web and social media
  • Deep familiarity with multiple creative disciplines from design, copywriting, content marketing, video, and animation
  • Excellent research skills
  • Experience fostering a collaborative, solution-focused work environment
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and JIRA
  • Both agency and in-house experience working with a brand and/or creative team preferred
  • Experience with leading experiential marketing initiatives preferred

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $87,890 / year - $118,910 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
