The Role

The Director of Professional Services FP&A, will have the opportunity to lead our FP&A business partnership with our Global Professional Services teams. This role will be responsible for leading and scaling the people, processes, and systems that grow the predictability, insights, and support that FP&A provides to our Professional Services teams.

What You'll Do

Be the strategic finance business partner and provide thought leadership to our SVP of Global Services and Services leadership team

Be the Finance leader in partnering with Services Leadership in the planning and forecasting of services revenue, spend, profit, and billings in connection with the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, including related modeling and sensitivity analysis

Review and revise services KPIs as needed to ensure they provide the right predictability and transparency into the business

Be a thought partner to ensure services compensation plan design drives desired outcomes

Drive scalable and consistent processes to enable operational excellence in services demand planning, forecasting, reporting, and providing deep insights/analytics

Build, develop, and manage a team

Requirements

10+ years experience in an FP&A role, preferably business partnership finance

Bachelor's degree in business or finance-related majors

Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in presentations to multiple levels in the organization

Strong project management & organizational skills

Technology industry experience is highly desired

Nice to Have

Adaptive, NetSuite, salesforce.com, Tableau, other financial planning and reporting/BI systems experience

Compensation

Base pay: $125,000 - $200,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
