The main goal of this position is to help the sales organization operate more efficiently. Your responsibilities will include collaborating to accelerate the sales process, close more deals and reduce friction that may occur in this process. Additionally, you will be responsible for increasing the team's productivity, simplifying and automating processes through these new tools and IA.

 

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Provide support to the commercial director
  • Select and implement technology -software- and other tools.
  • Acquisition of new data and maintenance of existing data
  • Management and control of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Sales reports (KPIs)
  • Optimization, implementation and documentation of processes
  • Implementation and control of the sales pipeline
  • Employee Onboarding and Training Programs
  • Integration of AI tools for lead generation

 

Secondary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Customer and territory segmentation (Forecasting)
  • Selection, administration and maintenance of sales tools.
  • Documentation of processes and Playbooks
  • Product and market training.
  • Support in presentation for sales

 

Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, business development preferred
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools
  • Python & SQL advanced Knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • English
