We are looking for a sharp individual that will provide clerical and organizational support to our core sales team. As a sales administrator you will track sales, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, manage all meetings and training sessions for the sales team (including new employee orientation), and any other related tasks that will help our team run as smoothly as possible. This role reports direct to our SVP of sales and could lead to many different growth paths here at StartEngine.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule trainings of new Account Executives
  • Plan training programs with AE's syllabus and training materials for AEs
  • Set agendas for trainings, one on one meetings, as well as end of quarter virtual events
  • Populate sales spreadsheets weekly and review with SVP
  • Coordinate & run bi-weekly sales meetings
  • Coordinate AE signing bonuses, commissions, and milestones
  • Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a strong process flow & documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a variety of job duties
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong competency in Google applications, sheets, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think analytically
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
