Responsibilities

Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations, and risk domains

Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements

Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to push product optimization

Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives

Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills

Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical

Willing to work on alternative hours (e.g. work in the evenings to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions)

Requirements

At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field

3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Excellent understanding of KYC / Fraud / Risk operation

Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs, etc

Organizational and time management skills

Effective facilitation skills in meetings/presentations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain

Nice to have: ability to understand and speak Mandarin
