Everbridge is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support the continued operation and enhancement of our Federal CEM platform. Our platform runs in AWS GovCloud on a Microsoft technology stack. Our platform provides critical risk intelligence, data visualization along with other capabilities.

What You'll Do:

Work collaboratively with a team of engineers that span multiple disciplines

Develop IaC using tools such as Ansible and Terraform

DevSecOps automation

Manage Windows Active Directory Domain

Manage AWS GovCloud resources

Continuously improve processes

Learn new skills

What You'll Bring:

A current Secret Clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

7+ years of experience in Windows System Administration

4+ years of Linux System Administration

4+ years of experience with PowerShell

4+ years of experience with automation (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)

4+ years of working in a cloud-based environment (preferably AWS)

4+ years of working with the Federal Government (preferably the Department of Defense)

4+ years of networking/firewall administration (e.g. Juniper, Cisco)

Bonus If:

Experience with eMASS

Experience working SQL Server or similar relational databases

Experience with the ATO process for Federal Government Information Systems
