We have been recognised in AFR’s Fast 100 list, Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, and won the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award in 2020! So don’t miss your opportunity to join a thriving scale-up and deliver change to Australia’s care and support sector.

The purpose of the Enterprise Business Development Manager, HCP is to drive growth and expansion by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities.

This role will deliver double-digit YoY growth aligned with annual budgets through new partner acquisition, expansion and retention. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, target, and acquire new aged-care partners.

  • Identify and prospect actors within the aged care sector whose customers can benefit from referral to our services (i.e Hospital discharge teams, service provider partners, ACAT).
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract these businesses and partners and convert them.
  • Work closely with marketing including social media and performance marketing to amplify your voice in the market and support campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse lead generation activities, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, assets and messaging tailored to the aged care sector and aligned with key business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, gaps in services, and untapped market segments within the aged care sector.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships with organisations that align with our values and can expand its reach.
  • Explore and assess marketing channels, such as industry publications, online platforms, and community events, to effectively target and engage potential partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify competitive advantages and develop strategies to differentiate the organisation.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build brand awareness, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Deliver presentations or participate in panel discussions to showcase the organisation's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Engage in professional organisations and industry associations to expand professional networks and contribute to industry conversations.
  • Stay up to date with industry publications and thought leaders to remain knowledgeable about advancements and best practices in the aged care sector.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and proven experience in disability, aged care, government, insurance, and or healthcare providers.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, gathering and analysing data, and interpreting market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with market analysis and growth goals. This includes setting objectives, defining target markets, and assessing competitive landscapes.
