What You'll Do

Develop and enhance our Member and Staff mobile apps, which serve hundreds of thousands of weekly active users.

Collaborate with PM and design to turn ideas into elegant and efficient engineering solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile systems.

Continuously optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience, and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.

Mentor less experienced engineers to help them grow and reach their full potential.

What You'll Need

A minimum of 3 years of mobile app development experience with a strong portfolio of published apps.

Expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a deep understanding of the framework, widgets, and state management techniques like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.

Proficiency in mobile system design along with experience in Flutter app performance optimization techniques, including the use of DevTools, async/await, isolates, and the profiler.

Experience using Flutter's testing framework, including unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests, along with testing libraries like mockito or flutter_test.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and fix complex Flutter app issues using tools like the Dart analyzer, Flutter inspector, and debugging techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team, build consensus, and influence technical decisions.

Passionate about crafting intuitive, delightful user experiences and delivering high-quality, polished Flutter apps that prioritize ease-of-use and user satisfaction.
