About the Role

We are seeking talented full-stack engineers, mobile engineers, site reliability engineers, data scientists, and data engineers who possess a diverse set of technical skills and are excited to be part of our early story. What You'll Do

  • Develop and enhance our Member and Staff mobile apps, which serve hundreds of thousands of weekly active users.
  • Collaborate with PM and design to turn ideas into elegant and efficient engineering solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile systems.
  • Continuously optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers to help them grow and reach their full potential.
  • What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years of mobile app development experience with a strong portfolio of published apps.
  • Expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a deep understanding of the framework, widgets, and state management techniques like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.
  • Proficiency in mobile system design along with experience in Flutter app performance optimization techniques, including the use of DevTools, async/await, isolates, and the profiler.
  • Experience using Flutter's testing framework, including unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests, along with testing libraries like mockito or flutter_test.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and fix complex Flutter app issues using tools like the Dart analyzer, Flutter inspector, and debugging techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team, build consensus, and influence technical decisions.
  • Passionate about crafting intuitive, delightful user experiences and delivering high-quality, polished Flutter apps that prioritize ease-of-use and user satisfaction.
