At Pythian, we’re looking for a successful Sales Associate to join our UK sales team working alongside our Director of Sales to drive new opportunities and support daily sales operations for our UK team. You will be responsible to follow the company’s sales process with a focus on growing relationships through key activities such as identifying key decision-makers, profiling accounts, and assessing revenue potential.

What will you be doing?
Work closely with our strategic partners to facilitate introductions and build relationships with key stakeholders across their organization
Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and coordinate efforts to generate leads through our partner channels
Lead Generation: Utilize partner resources and networks to identify potential leads and opportunities
Engage with partner contacts to gather insights and information that can contribute to the development of targeted sales strategies
Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with small accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Contribute insights to help shape sales strategies and identify areas for business growth What do we need from you?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Technical or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience selling in a business to business (B2B) environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
