We have an immediate need for an experienced Oracle Middleware Technical Solutions Architect for 3rd Party Support.
Responsibilities
- This position is considered level 3/4 support.
- It is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in the UK or Ireland.
- We are looking to hire permanently or inside of IR35
- Occasional after-hours, weekends, and holidays support for urgent customer issues.
- Excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction, and passion to help customers with their software issues.
- Troubleshooting customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer’s systems.
- Driving customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing ageing cases.
Skill Requirements
- Experience in EBS 12.1 & 12.2 as Apps DBA, including Cloning, Patching and EBS Migration, troubleshooting Concurrent Manager and Workflow Issue (10+ years)
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic (10+ years)
- Experience with troubleshooting Oracle SOA, BPM, HTTP Server
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot middleware systems/components.
- Oracle RAC / Clusterware: configuration, setup, tuning, troubleshooting
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Deep-dive troubleshooting, Expertise in - Optimizing data filtering, i/o bottlenecks.
- Oracle backup/Recovery – RMAN
- Migration /Upgrade: Db migrations, OEM Migrations, installation/patching
- It will be advantageous, but not essential, to also have the following skills:
- SME to support all different components of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Oracle Business Intelligence and OBI Apps Development and System Administration (10+ years)
- Admin Experience with Oracle Customer Hub, Webcenter
