Data Operations Specialists are Veda’s Humans in the loop and external ambassadors that execute mission-critical special projects and call campaigns. Your primary function will be front line in calling clients to build our data sets. You will collect and enter relevant data and monitor changes in records over time. Additionally, you will support internal teams with data validation work to ensure data collection activities are on track.

In this dynamic, dual role, you will also gain exposure to supporting the Sales and Marketing teams through scripted outreach to qualified leads to engage potential customers and schedule meetings.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform large-scale phone campaigns to collect data on provider address locations and specifics.

Enter and maintain records into a shared database, follow-up with clients and provider locations as needed.

Monitor personal reports in line with data collection targets set by leadership.

Complete ongoing data validation exercises to ensure data accuracy.

Sales Operations:

Qualify and convert MQLs to Opportunities resulting in a high-quality pipeline and revenue.

Facilitate timely responses and utilize your research skills and crafted communication assets

Conduct research on leads and target accounts, using multiple tools such as Zoho CRM, company websites, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Conduct multi-channel outreach using emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls

About You:

You are detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task but also prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

You are often praised for your strong interpersonal communication skills and collaboration with team members and external clients, and actively seek to provide support and identify customer needs.

You are flexible and able to respond quickly and accurately to shifting priorities.

You have proven success in managing high volume work requests where you have consistently met and/or exceeded deadlines and defined SLAs.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years prior experience in a call center, data collection, or b2b customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.

Data and time management skills.
