At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. Webflow is the leading visual development platform for building powerful websites without writing code. By combining modern web development technologies into one platform, Webflow enables people to build websites visually, saving engineering time, while clean code seamlessly generates in the background. From independent designers and creative agencies to Fortune 500 companies, millions worldwide use Webflow to be more nimble, creative, and collaborative. It’s the web, made better.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Agencies to play a critical and strategic role in our service provider & agency partner growth.

This individual is a well-rounded marketer with a deep understanding of the Agency and Freelancers audience and what makes them tick. You’ll partner closely with the Agency Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Executive teams to draft and validate messaging and build a cohesive marketing program that will help nurture the success of this critical part of the Webflow community. You will own the strategy, planning and execution of how we bring new products to market for service providers in partnership with the Product, Marketing and Partnerships teams. You’ll work closely with Integrated Marketing and Growth teams to plan and build campaigns for our core service provider audiences. You will also be a trusted advisor to our Partnerships & Programs team - helping analyze customer product feedback, drive roadmap decisions and build partner enablement collateral.

This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in Partnerships, Product, Product Enablement, Community, and Education.

About the role
  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full-time
  • Exempt status
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $118,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $198,500 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, Ecosystem and Marketplace

As a Product Marketing Manager, Agencies, you’ll …

  • Develop an expert understanding of Webflow’s products, use cases, customers, and the markets in which we compete — to create compelling and impactful marketing messaging and collateral
  • Lead development of Webflow’s value proposition and positioning for our service provider audiences; build frameworks and foundational content to drive alignment across GTM teams
  • Define and influence the product roadmap in close partnership with Product, leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights
  • Lead new product and feature launches, serving as the glue between Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and our Partners
  • Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to build great content and messaging that showcases the power and value of the Webflow platform
  • Refine Webflow’s pricing & packaging based on a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and our product
  • Partner with the Growth & Agency Marketing team to influence top of funnel campaigns that drive acquisition and adoption of new service providers

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Product Marketing Manager, Agencies if you:

  • Have 4+ years of product marketing or agency program management experience
  • Love turning complex technical concepts in to simple, thoughtful, and compelling stories in a visual manner
  • Enjoy looking ‘under the hood’ to understand how things work and turning one time initiatives into repeatable programs
  • Have ample experience marketing to service providers and a thorough understanding of how their business works
  • Have experience with Webflow or similar web development technology
  • Have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to reach and engage your audience regardless of medium
  • Can connect technical concepts with user value and express it succinctly
  • Are highly-proactive and a self-starter capable of independently leading several projects with limited direction
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
  • Have a collaborative nature and exceptional interpersonal skills

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Research shows that you may still be considered for a role if you meet just half of the requirements.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers.
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment.
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care.
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates.
