Ready to drive the hiring of local market experts in São Paulo or Astana? Interested in securing Market Leads in St. Louis or identifying the best Partnership and Account Leaders in France, Poland and Germany?

As we grow and scale, we’re now actively searching for an accomplished Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying and recruiting exceptional Sales & Commercial talent, ideally from within the Ag Tech or related industries (for example, Renewable Energy, Climate Tech, and Farmer Facing Industries). In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of the entire lifecycle of recruitment, developing and executing strategies to secure diverse, top-tier talent for critical Sales and Commercial positions, alongside other strategic roles as required in our growing business.

Reporting into our TA Lead you will hold a high degree of autonomy and ownership, closely collaborating and embedding yourself within our commercial functions at Agreena.

How you will make an impact:

  • Attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for critical roles, ensuring high-quality hires and strategic growth.
  • Expertly engage, partner and negotiate with stakeholders, setting the standard for positive candidate and customer interactions.
  • Evaluate candidates to align with roles and culture, elevating both the candidate and Agreena's success.
  • Innovate your work practices and help set new benchmarks for efficiency, productivity and innovation.
  • Champion and steer data-driven decision-making for effective recruitment strategies and business value.
  • Embody self-leadership, setting the standard for excellence in your organisation and prioritisation.
  • Lead TA projects, delivering strong results and making a significant impact for the team and our customers.
  • Develop quality-focused processes for scaling, discovering new talent pools, and engaging with leaders to align requirements with goals.
  • Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience executing and delivering across a variety of roles from Sales, Commercial, Operations or Strategy, and from senior leadership to market-expert positions.
  • Proven track record as an expert Sales & Commercial Recruiter, developing pipelines in new markets to support growth and territory expansion
  • Data-driven mindset, able to optimise your workflows, balancing diversity, quality and volume.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies, setting apart talent pipelines from conventional inbound attraction and referral methods.
  • You're skilled at teaming up with business leaders and internal experts, making strong collaborations happen through clear and proactive communication.
  • Accomplished in balancing considerations of diversity, quality, and volume.
  • Bonus points if:

  • Ideally, you have already recruited from within the Ag Tech, Agricultural, climate or climate tech sectors, or similar.
  • Experience of working in a start up/scale up
  • Experience in owning the whole GTM Recruiting space for a company
