SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the position is to provide robust project management of Firm integration-related processes including system implementations, working with associates from each function of the Firm. This position will be within the Integrations (M&A) function at Allworth. The role emphasizes collaboration and fosters cross-functional ownership and accountability across the Firm.   As an integration project manager, you may be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Your ability to identify problems and develop solutions can help you to improve the project’s efficiency and reduce any potential risks.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with an annual base salary ranging from $100,00 to $140,000 (based on the candidate's experience), in addition Allworth offers an annual bonus and merit increase based on the candidate's performance and the company's performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

    • Work with business leaders and associates of each function to help ensure a smooth integration of the firms acquired as part of Integration activities
    • Work with Selling Parties and Integration functions to manage active deals post-close
    • Manage multiple projects across various functions within the Firm, ensuring projects are executed on-time and within scope
    • Build project requirements, including scope and activities, and identifying stakeholders and resources required for each function
    • Monitor progress of projects and proactively identify any roadblocks and provide recommendations
    • Lead meetings with business leaders and firm partners
    • Ensure functional leadership has clear visibility into performance of their functions during the integration process through reporting
    • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all departments are working together effectively.
    • Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date
    • Ensure learnings from projects are incorporated in our Integration Playbooks

Other duties of the role include support in process optimization, capacity planning, and management reporting & analysis for the function. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®)-Certified
  • Process-oriented with well-developed critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Working with Financial Firms is a plus
