Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Contracts & Procurement Specialist II to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborating with legal, finance, IT, sales, and operations departments
  • Completing vendor forms, assessments, and procurement tasks
  • Reviewing lower-tier contract documents
  • Assisting in preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts
  • Supporting contract administration tasks
  • Participating in contract negotiations
  • Providing administrative support for contract management software systems

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration, business law or related field 
  • Two (2) years of experience in legal administration or equivalent.  Previous work experience related to SaaS contract administration preferred. 
  • Extremely detail oriented with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales departments to address contractual and compliance issues effectively 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated history of supporting in-house counsel with various legal administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Familiarity with contract management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance contract program efficiency 
  • Professional demeanor and ethics in handling confidential information, maintaining discretion, and adhering to organizational policies and procedures
