The Role
As the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager, you’ll work on the People Team to drive initiatives and communications that enhance employee satisfaction, promote collaboration and engagement, and reinforce Bloomerang’s values.
What You Will Do
- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that aligns with our mission, values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate engagement initiatives across HR events and programs.
- Work with internal communications, marketing, HR and other relevant departments to amplify engagement and communication initiatives.
- Design and execute effective communication strategies, keeping employees informed about company updates, initiatives and achievements.
- Create and implement feedback mechanisms for proactive, regular employee input and insights.
- Continue to build a culture of recognition to celebrate achievements, contributions and milestones.
- Utilize employee engagement metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives to make data-driven recommendations.
- Generate regular reports to communicate engagement trends and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed
- Progressive Communications/Marketing experience
- Progressive HR experience (employee engagement/employee experience)
- Strong ability to analyze metrics and translate into actionable strategies
- Fully remote/hybrid working experience
- Non-profit experience/passion (mission alignment)
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Tech sector background
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or HR

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $69,500 - $104,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
