We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our People team. This role is critical in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent within our global growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS environments, equity compensation schemes, and providing strategic advisory on total rewards. This role reports to our Director of Total Rewards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute ClickUp's Total Rewards global philosophy
  • Develop equity and incentive compensation programs, salary/equity budgets and structures, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation
  • Provide Total Rewards guidance to People Partners, Talent Acquisition and Executives, including, but not limited to, offers, retention packages, transfers, and complex compensation issues
  • Engage with Benefits brokers globally to design and execute local benefits offerings
  • Review and improve ClickUp’s global leveling structure, drafting clear guidelines for job evaluation in harmony with our career ladders
  • Lead the design and execution of our compensation planning cycles
  • Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, and Legal to ensure compensation programs and procedures are in harmony with the broader business
  • Partner with Talent Dev to build and socialize Total Rewards training and change management materials ensuring these are easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conduct research and provide actionable recommendations based on your insights
  • Mentor a Total Rewards Specialist
 
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets and Excel)
  • Proficiency in job evaluation and pricing
  • Proficiency in Radford/Aon surveys (i.e., submissions and data querying)
  • Experience in equity compensation (RSUs and Stock Options)
  • Experience in compensation planning cycles (i.e., building planning sheets and/or implementing compensation planning tools)
  • Experience building and evolving job architectures and compensation structures
  • Experience working with People Partners and TA/Recruiting teams providing compensation guidance
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred but not required)
  • 4+ years of compensation experience
  • Benefits experience is a plus, but it is not required
