here.This Product Trainer role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ OneView and GovQA product families and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.
As a Product Trainer, you’ll be an expert on the OneView, and a key partner in the successful training initiatives across the United States. Your role is key to the complete customer life cycle, starting as early as pre-sale, by facilitating monthly webinars to educate current and prospective customers about the capabilities of our public records software, and ending with collaboration with members of the Training Team, including our Sr Tech Writer and Training Team Lead in creation of content that can be accessed through our Knowledge Base post-implementation.
Your role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and facilitation of all Granicus training curriculum. This includes, but is not limited to, presentations, webinars, scripts, videos, and collaboration on supporting documentation.
During customer implementations, your role will support Implementation Consultants, Project Manager, Technical Writer and the Lead Trainer to ensure the Granicus customer is provided with training best suited for their implementation. Additionally, you will participate in State and County Enterprise Implementations in addition to the monthly webinars and customer training conferences.
